Payment conditions:

Deposit: A $100 per person deposit is
required. A $500 good will deposit is required
for all group reservations. No reservation is
confirmed until proper payment is received.
Final Payment: Final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Late Bookings: Bookings made within 45 days prior to arrival are payable at the time of booking.

For payments we prefer to receive your credit card authorization. Port Bonaire accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover card and American express. For bank details please send us an e-mail at info@portbonaire.com.

Cancellation policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and must be acknowledged in writing in order to be considered a valid cancellation.
Cancellations made 46 days out or more will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 45 – 30 days out will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations under 30 days: credit for future reservation only less a $100 per person cancellation fee.
No Shows or unused nights and/or package features due to premature departure: NO refund.

If you booked your airfare through us, these tickets are not part of our cancellation policy, please ask us for details. We advise you to purchase travel insurance, for North America and Canada please check www.aaa.com and for Europe contact your insurance specialist.
